Silver season means we're getting our coho recipes ready!

We love this blackened coho topped with delicious garlic herb butter. The garlic herb butter combines melted butter with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and pressed garlic. Add that garlic quantity "to taste," and always measure garlic with your heart.
